Its only been two weeks but I find myself cleaning constantly. I never had the energy and since starting this I’ve started vacuuming everyday (It’s husky shedding season), cleaned my kitchen (doing quite a lot of dishes), washed, dried and folded my laundry, cleaned my bathtub, changed the air filters, dusted my living room, walked my dog more, and today I rearranged my living room. Usually to do that much cleaning I would need to have family visiting within the week! This has made such an impact in a relatively short amount of time, I have more energy and the drive to do the daily things most people take for granted being able to do automatically.
