Review on Brazos leather safari walking stick

I could not write this review until today because it was a Christmas gift and not opened until yesterday. The stick is gorgeous! It appears to be well made. The downside is the weight. Your ad says it weighs less than a pound. It actually weighs about 2. I have no way to measure it but it definitely is much heavier than advertised. This is only an issue because I use my walking sticks to get around. I am 80 years old and my hiking days are over. I will keep it. I just won’t use it except on special occasions.

Promotion not so good!

I bought my walking stick expecting a 10% discount on my first purchase as I was told as I placed my order and signed up for the newsletter. However, the process (as I learned later) required that I monitored my junk mail. Of course by the time I learned what had gone wrong my $200+ purchase was complete. By that time I needed my stick (as a post-surgery support) and had no time to return it and go through a refund and all the delays. I was very disappointed my letter asking what happened could not have fixed the problem right then. This was poor customer support!
