When i first looked at the kurai, I didn't think it would be a knife that I would use very much, Oh how wrong I was , it works amazing on trimming brisket (three so far), did a bunch of St Louis ribs, did a few pork shoulders, it's such great tool, it's been used alot for something I didn't know i was missing.

Cool knife. Smaller and lighter than many
Coolina knifes. Good feel and useful for it’s purpose of deboning and precision cutting of slabs of meat nice addition to my collection.

I Love the 2 knives I picked out, however, the “AI” knife picked for me was basically a repeat of one of the knives I ordered, while it is a good knife, I don’t need two of the same
