The best knife when slicing that perfectly smoked brisket. Very sharp, slices thru meat like a hot knife thru butter. This another knife i highly recommend to pit masters

I made some sandwiches for us. Used the Ronin to cut those. When I got home from work I used the Gator to cut up some steaks and it worked great. Wasabi and soy for dipping sauce.

Very impressed with the knife. Super sharp right out of the box as expected. Very well-made and I really love to handle that. Black wood goes great with the knife. Great crest.QX
