I purchased blue corn meal at a New Mexico Farmers Market when we visited & was so happy to find it on this website! Not only is blue corn meal healthier, it has such a full flavor making my cornbread absolutely delicious!

Great for baking

I used the blue corn meal in a pound cake recipe I got from a woman at Santa Fe Farmer’s Market. She said to use blue rather than yellow corn meal. The Los Chileros worked perfectly! Cake was delicious.
