Roasted Hatch Chile (Frozen)

Yesterday, i made the beginning of green chili stew. My 25 pounds of chopped green chilies arrived today and I immediately opened one package to incorporate. Outstanding packaging thank you.

These chilis come nicely pre-chopped and preparing green chili dishes are a breeze! Great flavor, delivery always quick and frozen solid.

Arrived quickly, still cold in insulated box with ice packs, straight into freezer. Hiw come i can't get Hatch whole chilies in small cans??? Can only find in giant cans, which i can't use. I can find diced but recipe calls for whole inside flank steak with cheddar cheese...yum!
