Love the liquid products. My husband doesn’t like taking a lot of capsules, so this is great. Also takes the zinc. Me too, along with selenium 😀.

First month on the liquid form. But I do like that I’m not having to take the big tablets. I’ll give it another month to see if I notice any difference.
