This is one amazing combo -- Spicy Hatch Red Chili Ketchup -- Hatchup as it's called! Goes great on anything from burgers to grilled salmon patties, French fries or Home fries. I'm a first time buyer -- purchased this Hatchup, plus the Sweet & Spicy Hatch Chile Mustard and the Pure Hatch Green Chile - No Salt. All three products are fantastic on just about anything you can imagine -- chicken cooked any way you like, pulled pork, beef, you name it. Love that Sweet & Spicy Hatch Chile Mustard with my smoked pulled pork, and my Southwestern shredded chicken. Add some of the Pure Hatch Green Chiles to an otherwise ordinary tossed salad, and it knocks it outta the park! Whatever you use them on, these chillies just boot the flavors way, way outta sight!!
