Hatch Red Chile Powder 16 oz

Rich flavor

I just made my first batch of red chili using the Hatch Red Chili powder and I am very impressed. It is rich and flavorful. It has a beautiful color and nice heat. I will be using it when I make my next batch of tamales. Good chili makes all the difference when cooking traditional Southwest cuisine. I will be ordering more of this powder.
