Having lived in Alamogordo NM for 14 years, I've come across quite a few tasty, and superbly "tingly" Salsas. I could talk for months about Green Chile, and all the other great Chiles produced in the state. I grew my own for about 10 years. Growing varieties that you didn't easily find in NM, One variety I grew once, Yellow Super Cayennes! I've tried countless homemade and jarred, and there's been some decent ones. Example, Andele in Mesilla sells their brand jarred Salsas, on and on it goes, Sadie's, too many to list. But I had found, that the El Rancho De Los Garcia Salsas some some of the very best jarred Salsas I've ever enjoyed! Yeah, they are that good IMO! I like the Hot, and when I lived in Alamogordo this Salsa was still not that easy to find. I typically used to buy it at either Eagle Ranch, or McGinns Pistachio Farms. The shipping was flawless, what a super job you folks did with bomb-proof packing, my hat is off to you! This is :liquid gold to me, I'm debating whether to share much from my order! :-) Thank you again folks, has been a pleasure to do business with you!
