The product arrived in a box that was in very poor condition. One end was completely open. No instructions or parts list was provided. I’m sure that I will get through the installation using the internet and DIY videos. I sent an email to the manufacturer and received no reply. Not real happy about that purchase experience.

My house is a refrigerator

We have a single head 24k Senville Aura and couldn’t be happier with it. We installed it during the first heat wave and it took our house from 78° down to 68° in just three hours. The install was straightforward and we honestly don’t set it for less than 71° now unless we really need any to be frozen out of the house! Highly recommend

Poorly designed

I dont like to give bad reviews but in this case this bracket is terrible. I do not recommend it. I see pics of other installed brackets that dont seem to have the same problem so maybe mine was a later made bracket but I assure you that mine is not well made. The condenser when mounted on the bracket will not be level. It hangs downward when the weight is on it. I used the leveling bolts to no avail. I had to shim behind the bracket on the bottom to get the unit to stay level. I love my Mr Cool mini-split units but this bracket is poorly designed to put it mildly.
