In general I am very impressed with the equipment and ease of installation. It is very quiet and efficient while running. Only thing negative I can say is that the filters are very expensive for what they are.. Minor problems that I experienced: The interconnecting cable terminals were not labeled. One of the freon line caps on the pre-charged lines came off in shipment or wasn't installed ?? Only received one of the small air freshener filters. All in all I'm impressed so far withe the equipment. I planned the installation so there wasn't any excess lines or cable. I had the 16' line set
