A beautiful set and I love using them

I found my first knife when I was 5 years old in our yard in west Texas. It was an old Barlow and in bad shape, pretty rusty but it was mine and I carried it for several years until I got a better one. I’ve loved knives as long as I remember. I got my first kitchen cutlery set, German Wusthof in my 20’s and lost it in a divorce. My next set were Henckels. Had them for over 30 years and haven’t wanted anything else. I loved using them and most of them are showing a lot of wear. But then a club I’m in that sends a monthly box with items I’ve shown interest in sent me a Heritage Steel, Hammer Stahl Kitchen knife that I immediately feel in love with. I’ve got a kitchen in my man cave that NEEDS a good set of cutlery so I’ve started collecting the entire set. The workmanship is superb. The construction is beautiful, unique and practical and every piece has a full tang, (a requirement in my kitchen), this one he’s a unique crossbar construction with a beautiful Rosewood inserts on the handle. Each knife is perfectly balanced and a work of art.
