This knife is not only beautiful but built to last and extremely sharp! Works beautifully for boning and carving difficult pieces. An excellent addition to my kitchen.

Well made!

I own a few of these knives. They are all sturdy, well made, and hold an edge very well. I dropped my boning knife and the tip broke off. My fault, but they provided a replacement at 1/2 price. Quality products and great customer service. I highly recommend these products!
