The knife is well balanced so when prepping large amounts my hand doesn't cramp. I'm impressed how sharp it is, not having to use the steel to bring the blade back into shape.

I am so glad I got this knife.

This is a wonderful knife, I would even say it's a game changer. I chop lots of vegetables, I like to make homemade soups, stews, and salads. It makes the preparing so much more efficient, which surprised me how much a good quality knife could change my time in the kitchen. It makes me feel like a a bit of a chef too!

Great Gift

Looks and feels great. It is a gift, though, which has not been gifted yet, so do not know how it works. Others have been fantastic so anticipate the same.
