I purchase the 14 piece Gourmand set and I am loving all them. Absolutely beautiful! I love that they are lightweight, non-reactive, non-toxic and durable. I esp. love knowing that I'm using the safest material for cooking for my family. The cookware cleans beautifully and the fact that it is made in the USA is a plus. The photo of the 4 Qt Saute pan with lid is a favorite I use at least 3x a week. The cookware heats quickly and evenly and also cleans easily! Great website tips on cooking and cleaning. I'm very satisfied with my purchase!

The set took some getting used too. Once I got how to cook with steal. I will never go back to non-stick cook wear. The sear it gives the food is outstanding. It has definitely upped my cooking game. It makes it all even better that they are made in the USA

Fabulous Cookware

I'm obsessed with this cookware. My only regret is not purchasing it years ago. After doing extensive research on cookware options, I opted for Heritage Steel. I try to shop as local as possible, so made in US was a selling point. The pieces are heavy duty & perfectly sized. Great for searing meat, frying vegetables & making soup. Clean up is crazy easy. I couldn't be happier with these pieces.
