I purchased this kit this week, and installed it a day ago, after using the original Micro Swiss product on a different printer and LOVING it. The newer NG product does not disappoint. My very first print with it has been going for nearly 24 hours now, and is absolutely flawless. No Chep cube or benchy, it got RIGHT to work. The instructional videos were excellent, and the product is built like a (very lightweight!) tank. I like that it includes a new smaller and lighter stepper motor. Pre-sales support from Alex was fantastic, too. I put these two Micro Swiss products on a pair of old Ender 3 printers, and they'll run 24/7 reliably many years with this setup. These hot end kits are built for the task, and I highly recommend them to reliably upgrade ANY printer.

Years ago I built several Reprap printers that had geared extruders. They worked ok but as anyone knows they had a lot of issues. So tweaking print settings and hardware isn't a new rodeo for me. As my old printers became obsolete, I acquired two Ender 3 Pro's and have always been frustrated with a variety of print issues, particularly with the bowden extruder stepper missing steps, fooling around with retraction settings, etc. Having friends now enjoying their Bambu trouble-free printing, I thought it was worth a try to upgrade to the direct-drive NG extruder as a last-ditch effort before moving on. Glad I did. The NG upgrade completely transformed the first Ender I upgraded. Finally have gotten my first upgraded Ender to be hassle-free. Will be upgrading my other bed-slingers.
