Its great!

Needed to replace my hotend and was a great opportunity to upgrade to direct drive. Install was a breeze. Everything fit perfectly and the instructions were excellent. I did misunderstand what was included and needed to also buy a new heater cartridge and thermistor, but thats my fault for not looking closer.

Excellent Product

Such a finely designed product. I wish I had it long ago. My first prints with it are fantastic, even with a problematic filament. The customer service at Microswiss is even better. I broke a part out of ignorance. Each response with customer service was < 24hr, polite, precise. The resolution was far more generous than I expected (they refunded the charge on my order of a replacement part). I'm looking forward to an excuse to purchase from them again.
