Inserts for Leveling

Surfacing or leveling your material is a must, and this flat-bottom carbide insert is the perfect tool. Two 1/2” square inserts create a full 1” bottom cutting diameter. If the cut is not smooth, rotate the two inserts one-quarter turn; you have a new cutter. This can be done a total of four times.

Fulfilmemt of previous order

you didn't have enough inserts for new surfacing bits so you sent two inserts instead the 10 ordered. You then followed up sending a 10 pack when your inventory was replentished. Your doing this helps keep customers able to continue working. Thus is incredible customer service and is impressive for even a smaller business. I wish many other busineses would be so responsive. Good inserts

Inserts are really good, but they are the exact same as ones sold on Amazon for 1/2 the price. IDC are great people. Love their service. But they are abit expensive. I would still order from them just because I like them.
