The one pan to rule them all. I wanted the most versatile pan possible to allow me to make anything, anywhere. I take a pan with me on family vacations so I do not need to use cheap or bad cookware at Airbnb’s/VRBO’s. This allows us to eat well while spending quality time together. It’s a bonus we don’t have to overpay on too many meals out. I have made everything from a Mac & Cheese casserole that went into the oven, searing proteins, sautéing greens, frying onions, and making eggs. I have a new found appreciation for temperature control and using fat to get the most out of the pan. Buy “bar keepers friend” to clean when needed.

Excellent Rondeau Pans

Excellent rondeau pans. I also own the full Hestan ProBond collection, and these perform just as beautifully. They heat evenly, feel incredibly solid, and are perfect when cooking larger batches or needing extra surface area for braising, sautéing, or one-pan meals. The spacious design makes cooking much easier without overcrowding the pan. I especially appreciate the thoughtful details — the comfortable handles, easy cleanup, and overall craftsmanship. These pans feel professional-grade while still being practical for everyday cooking. Hestan continues to impress with cookware that performs exceptionally well and holds up beautifully over time.
