I recently bought a nonstick 11 inch fry pan to replace one by another manufacturer that had seen better days. There’s no comparison to my previous nonstick pan. My Heston pan has such uniform heat, cooking with it is a pleasure. The cleanup is a breeze! This addition to my kitchen is my go to pan for most meals.
