Smoky Mesquite Biltong - Slab

I've been eating biltong, from slabs, for a long time and this is at the top of brands I have tried. Taste is amazing, consistency is 'just right'.

Now this is what i was expecting! This smelled great and tasted even better. Nice and tender. Not at all like the original that I ordered with it.

Excellent! I have been wanting to try Biltong for quite a while. Glad I did. Will definitely order more. And the dryer box to make my own out of venison.
