Great product but shipping needs help.
The prosciutto is great for making bread, the only issue the last few orders is that you're not putting in the proper ice packs. A few orders ago my cheese came all drenched in oil because it got to hot. Now I watch the weather and will NOT order when it’s hot. Something changed with the shipping since you ship out of Yonkers.
