Always on my nightstand
I've lost count of how many bottles I've purchased, but this has become a staple for me through my perimenopausal and now menopausal journey. It has consistently helped me fall asleep when needed and I much prefer the glycerin base to an alcohol one. Hopefully I won't need it on such a regular basis in the future, but I'm very thankful to have it.
