Not Sure!

My situation seems complicated and it is under the title of IBS so of unknown origins, etc. And with that said I have tried a multitude of things and the “bitters” is one of them (when I remember!) So, I am trying to be more consistent with taking it. Sometimes I think that it works for me, other times not sure so as they say…. . the jury is still out!!

Such a great product to help Support digestion. I have found it still helps even post meal when my system needs a little support.

So far, so good!

I was looking for an old world bitter without alcohol. I know my body can tolerate these ingredients, so I decided to try it. I only use 3 sprays and that's enough for me. I've definitely noticed less bloating and reduced sugar cravings. I gave it 4 stars because, well-bitters don't taste good(lol). That's to be expected, of course! I look forward to continued gut improvement.
