I love my Rollga and have recommended it to about 10 others that have bought one. This is my second Rollga! I have a regular size too! Starting with constant head ache, which disappeared after 2 days use. Now I use it after any work that makes my back or neck sore, like shoveling snow or yard work!

Best Foam Roller

This is the best Foam Roller that I have ever had. I honestly would say it is life changing. I've even had my massage therapist comment on that I had significantly less knots in my back than usual and the ones I did have they were easier to break up.
