My piano teacher's dog chewed up my straps once. She felt so bad and was prepared to buy me new sandals. But I gladly explained how I can just get new straps, which saved her so much money! They are great quality and I love the simple updates that they've made to the designs.

My beloved sandals broke after using them thoroughly for more than 2 years. I contacted Shama directly to ask if they provide repairs. I received detailed email about which kind of strap I need to purchase, how to choose the right size, link for the website and how to replace it myself. I was cheap to purchase the replacement and was delivered very quickly. My sandals are feeling amazing again and I'm happy I didn't need to buy completely new pair (save the environment!!)
