The product was great. The “installation” was rough.

The replacement strap is great. I have the updated trail stars with the thicker sole, so trying to get the replacement strap back into my sandal was VERY hard. All of the videos that I could find online were for Shammas with much thinner soles, so they, of course, talked about how easy it is to do. Not easy!

Shamma straps

I got a pair of second hand trailstars that needed new straps. Ordering the straps from Shamma was easy and they came quickly. They were a lot harder to assemble than the video make it look. But once I got them in and adjusted, I really loved them. Took them on their first adventure and they did great. Super comfortable sandals.
