Great Shoe
This shoe is light, comfortable, and stylish. I usually wear between a 10.5-11, so I ordered the half-size up, as recommended by Lems. I've purchased their widest fit shoes in 10.5 in the past, so this was crucial info. I was very satisfied with the half-size-up recommendation! The only criticism would be the slight rub near the inner area at the bottom of my foot (directly below the ankle), due to the slique design of the shoe in that area. Nevertheless, it only took a couple of weeks to adjust. Well-deserved 5 stars.~

A Bit Tight
I ordered them a half size bigger as recommended but they still feel tight and a bit short in length. I'm not comfortable removing the insole (for protection of the inside bottom stitching) and in any case removing them didn't make much difference. They look great and I'm hoping they will stretch some by wearing.

Most footwear interrupts. The Trailhead doesn't.
The build is honest. A wide, unhurried toe box that lets your foot spread the way nature drafted it, before shoe companies decided feet should taper to a point. Zero drop, heel to toe, so you stand the way you were standing the day you were born—level, grounded, slightly suspicious of escalators. The upper is rugged and breathable; the sole, an aggressive lugged affair, grips wet granite and loose scree with the quiet confidence of someone who has done this before and would rather not talk about it. Light. Almost insultingly light. You'll forget you're wearing them until the terrain reminds you, and even then the reminder is gentle. Lems Men's Trailhead. Available in earthbound colors that look better the dirtier they get.
