Due to health issues, I borrowed a vibration plate from a friend that had 90+ programs and used it for 3 months. I liked it and started to do due diligence. Found this site and after reading reviews and comparing the diagnostics, I choose the VT007 and purchased from them. I have used it 5-7 days a week for the last 8+ months. Glad I did. I have an inversion table and after using the VP and then onto the table, I can still feel every vein in my body vibrating while hanging upside down :). Did not have this effect from the one I had borrowed and used for 3 months. On the one or two days I don't use it...I MISS IT :). Customer service is OUTSTANDING. I highly recommend this company and love my VT007!
