VT Control Module

Great Service!

Got a VT007 in 2022. It recntly got an issue. I sent a short video in and Jay diagnosed the problem as an issue with the controller (which was an issue with early models). He warrented the issue and quickly sent a replacement control module, which solved the problem and is working well. I appreciate the great service!!!

Excellent customer service; too early to tell about impacts. I have had the machine for 3 weeks. There was a problem with the control box but Jay replaced it immediately, which was great. I’ve been enjoying trying various exercises as well as just standing on the machine. I look forward to reporting on results in 6-12 months!
