Good Return Experience

Pergola Post Metal Brackets were returned in unopened box. Twenty percent restocking fee was applied. Refund was prompt. Since I paid for the items to return in the unopened box, I would have expected stocking fee to be waived.

Service is over the top. I needed the product overnight, of course, there's an added charge but I forgot to pay that evening and the next day I was in a meeting when I received a call reminding me of the payment due. When I was able to get to do the payment I had problems, I contacted them he wasn't in the office but promised to call me when he got back to the office. He did and accepted the payment over the phone. This was Tuesday and I had to have the product Thursday early in the morning. I received Wednesday before lunch. Amazing customer service Product arrived in perfect shape, purchased one and as soon as we received it and saw the quality we purchased 2 more. My husband builds pergolas so he needs these supports all the time. We will be purchasing more as they are needed.
