It’s like sleeping in the buff! These are the most comfortable and cooling pajamas I’ve ever owned. Sizing is generous, so I’d go with your regular size (no bigger) if you like a generous cut, if you prefer a closer fit, you might want to order one size down. I typically wear a large, which I ordered and they’re good but I little baggy, I’m going to order another pair in Medium, but will keep both. One note, line dry only, so need to be careful I don’t throw them in the dryer.
