Great Sheets/Easy replacment
I had some holes starting to occur on the fitted sheet along the bottom where the elastic is. I took pictures and submitted them with the online form. Approved and new one arrived quickly. Love these sheets and great service.

Warranty Fulfilled!
We purchased our king sheet set approximately one year ago and a worn area with a hole developed in one spot. I sent the pictures, as requested, and customer service promptly sent a replacement sheet, per the outlined warranty. Thank you for the prompt customer service. I appreciate that the warranty was actually real!
