The results are good, feel the tingles, seems to give a good pump. The powder is unbelievably clumpy. It arrived and the whole cylinder was basically a solid chunk. I know that sounds exaggerated, but I had to use a knife to break it up, transfer to a ziploc bag and then use a meat tenderizer to break it into scoop sized chunks. Will not be purchasing again, despite the good effects - a pre shouldn’t require that much work.

Been looking for a nonstim preworkout that actually does what it says. Provides a solid pump without the caffeine jitters. Dissolves completely and tastes as good as the pump you’ll get.
