I never wanted to be a protein-powder person...

I never wanted to be a protein-powder person, but I became a vegetarian a couple years ago and later began to track my protein intake. I wasn't getting enough. Then I decided I wanted to lose visceral fat around my belly. Video after video suggested the answer was (partly) eating more protein. So I finally decided to become a protein-powder person and here we are. It's been two months since I started using Swolverine Plant Protein, and I can honestly tell a visible difference. Still a ways to go, but it (along with regular exercise and decent eating habits) has convinced me I'm on the right track.

Pretty tasty and blends well! Obviously nothing like the isolate but I am thankful for the option! I’m having to watch my diary intake since having a baby!
