ProBond Skillet - great performance

I previously had purchased the CopperBond 11 inch skillet and was pleased with it. I wanted another skillet in stainless steel. The stainless steel is lighter than the copper and it is easier to clean than the copper. I like cooking in the copper skillet for special occasions where I have more time to do a proper polishing. The stainless steel ProBond is a great every day skillet. It has a nice light weight, good handle, and flush rivets. I really enjoy cooking eggs in the skillet.
