Low FODMAP Diet Translation Card

It's excellent. We've used it twice already and it has proved invaluable allowing us to eat out again with confidence.

I purchased 2 translation cards last summer. They were exactly needed. Several times the chef came out and we discussed options. Ordered 3 additional ones for this summer’s travel. My dietitian wasn’t aware they existed!

Great idea

Should be really helpful on my next trip. Considering buying multiples in case restaurant staff inadvertently keep it.
