Shellfish allergy Egypt

The card arrived quickly and to me was clearly set out which should have made things easier. Unfortunately in Egypt this did not work. They could read it but actually understanding what was written and why when I was ordering chicken was beyond them. To be honest some did but most did not and thankfully I was on a tour so our CEO took over. As I said there was nothing wrong with the card it was the understanding of what this allergy meant that was the problem so I still had to explain
