The lamb was supposed to be the leg, and the outside of your packaging said that. However when I removed the outer bag, I found the butcher’s label “shoulder roast”! Fortunately I found this out the day before I was cooking so I could adjust the cooking time for a slow roast! It is in the oven now, for our thanksgiving meal. I hope I did right!
