Purchased the Nixit because I was looking for a softer disc after using the Saalt. It is VERY soft and definitely helped. It did not entirely relieve my issues (increased cramps & feeling pressure on bladder/rectum), but based on what I have seen from others, I am very sensitive in this area. I did not have any problems inserting or removing the Nixit but unfortunately it is just too large for me to wear for an extended period of time and gradually slips out of place. Good disc but not for me unless they come out with a smaller size. I am currently still alternating between my Saalt regular & small discs.
