Doesn’t work for me

After 3 months, I still struggle with this device. Too far in, and it leaks. Farther out, and i have constant discomfort. Inserting and removing is messy and uncomfortable. I trimmed the stem, but I don’t want to make it any shorter, or it will be difficult to pull out or position. The volume is a bit too small for my heaviest flow, while my anatomy is too narrow to fit a larger one or even fit this small size comfortably. Not a bad product, but I don’t think it can work for me.

Stem is too short, can’t get it out

These things are impossible lol. I first got a model 1 and I couldn’t get it out so I had to go to the ER… after a while I got a model 0 and that one got stuck too. Thankfully I managed to get it out after a very stressful half hour but needless to say, these are a great idea, but the stem just needs to be longer! You can always make the stem shorter, but you can’t make it longer. (Also, I swear I know how to put them in right—I watched a bunch of videos beforehand and used a ton of tips given me by a really nice customer service lady who send me the model 0 after my struggles with the first one. It didnt make much of a difference though and I’m scared of these for life…!)
