Kampachi Fillet - 1lb

The kampachi arrived slimy with a slightly putrid/off smell. I’ve ordered here several times and this was the first time this has happened. All of the other fish in the order was fine

Would love to be able to buy your produce to go with the fish .. maybe u can create an override on line for the customers who are buying outside of your area

This fish is amazing. I lightly cure it with sel gris and makombu for a couple hours giving it wonderful umami. Perfect for raw preparations.
