I've been using this station for about 10 years. I use it for general fitness. I had a trainer who used a European machine that was similar for PT, but long since discontinued. This was the only thing I found on the market that was remotely close. For me the versatility and foot print is why I bought a second one when I moved. Left the old one behind for the kids. It takes up very little space. I can use it for arms / legs in various heights with whatever weight i choose. Only maintenance issues have been the triangular rings on the straps (pressed together have opening up over time), if they were spot welded together they would never open up or fail. After 10 years I'm going to replace the cables on the old one. The are still good, but strands are starting to pop through the rubber coating. Replacement parts are reasonably priced so not a big deal. For general overall fitness, versatility, for very little money, and limited space required I recommend this to anyone and everyone who is trying to stay in shape.
