Not strong enough for Neod. Magnets & Plastic Backs
I tried to use these magnets for the back of plastic backed buttons. I applied the adhesive side to the clean button back, and let it "cure" or sit for 24 hours. Once the button was applied to a board, the magnetet adhesive came right off the button when trying to pull it from the board. It was a fail. Magnets are easy to apply due to the tab on the adhesive backing, and the magnet is strong, but adesive wasn't strong enough to adhere permanently to the smooth, small surface area.

3m magnet so far so good
I use the 3m magnets to attach small objects so that they can be moved around on a tin. It's important they have a durable hold because they will get used a lot. So far, so good. The objects are really glued to the magnet. I tried popping off the magnets, they're glued!

Powerful little magnet
I made cute magnets by pouring epoxy resin into succulent shaped molds and adding a tiny magnet on the back. I’ll be giving them out at a magnet exchange on a cruise. The magnets with the sticky side made it very simple and fast to make.
