The cheese slicer wire was broken in shipping. I called to inform Jeff Mack Supply and ask for a replacement wire. They asked for a pic and sent a replacement out right away. Not only did they replace the wire but they sent out an entire new handle kit. Above and beyond JM, thank you. After final assembly everything is working beautifully, it’s a quality kit from a quality company.
