Coffee is great, packaging is terrible

Usually the bags require scissors or a knife to open. The bag for this latest shipment had a defective vertical seam that popped open as soon as I removed the bag from the shipping wrap. I lost 30-40% of the beans since they spilled onto my floor which was filthy with pine needles and other holiday decorating crud and it wasn't worth my time or effort to try to pick through and salvage beans individually. The beans that didn't spill are making excellent coffee, as usual.
