Shake Handle Attachment (Pair)

I got these as a way to maximize the resistance I could get out of my cables apparatus. They absolutely do make you work harder and thus allow you to get more out of the exercise(s). In my cases cable flys I am able train effectively with less weight.

Stabilizer Shake

Really works the stabilizer muscles like bands. The heavier you go the more they stretch and shake. These are a great tool to have in your workout toolbox. I highly recommend keeping these in your gym bag along with your slingshot.
