Great for makine a sauce for milder fish entrees

I used the mango ginger vinegar to create an amazing sauce for a halibut, which is a light almost tasteless fish if there is nothing else to go with it. The fruity mango taste elevated the dish and I'm happy with the purchase. I will also try the vinegar on salads and as a marinade for future dishes.
