Excellent lox-like salmon that is free of any "fishy" tastes. Great in a salmon smear on toast breakfast.

Best smoked salmon I’ve ever tasted!
I kept it frozen until time to thaw. Once quickly thawed out in the refrigerator, I opened it to find the freshest tasting smoked salmon I’ve ever had. I have had smoked salmon all over the world, including the famous Zabars in New York City . This rivals anything I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!
